This is a savings up to 3% of your selling price!!!! Also, most realtors charge an administrative fee of $200-$350 for what is called storing and processing of the documents related to the sale of your home. I DO NOT charge this fee at all!!
What you receive during THE FREE LISTING OFFER:
Place your home on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS/MRIS)
Home will be available to potential Buyers via the Internet (Redfin, Zillow, Realtor.com)
Preparation of the contract and all paperwork associated with the sale
Meet with you when an offer comes in and help you to negotiate the best price and terms
Assist the buyer in obtaining financing
Coordinate all inspections on the property
Provide and install professional signage
Coordinate and attend settlement
Represent you during the selling process
